Tolles set to host Car & Craft Show event

Tolles Career & Technical Center, 7877 U.S. Route 42, Plain City, will host its first Tolles Car & Craft Show from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7. All proceeds from the event will raise funds to support students and their activities in career-technical student organizations (CTSOs), including FFA, SkillsUSA, Business Professionals of America (BPA), HOSA and FCCLA.

“We are excited to be hosting this event for our communities and to be raising these vital funds for students to develop employability and leadership skills that are afforded to them by being involved in career-technical student organizations,” said Tolles Satellite Director Connie Strebe.

The event will feature food, music, a bake sale, door prizes and more. There is no cost for admission.

More than 30 craft vendors featuring Lularoe, Pampered Chef, Jamberry, Scentsy and others have already registered. Product in the craft show will be available inside the school while a car show will take place outside the building. The car show will feature various classes for judging including trucks, modern muscle cars, vintage muscle cars, sports bikes, cars from across decades and more. Registration is open for both the craft and car shows, respectively.

Vendor registration for the craft show portion is now available for $25 (additional space is $15). Registration deadline for craft show vendors is Sept. 30. Car show entries are available for $10 per vehicle. Judging for the car show event begins at 11 a.m. on Oct. 7.

Full information and vendor registration can be found online at TollesTech.com. For additional information, contact Kelly Marquis (craft show) or Rick Doerr (car show) at ctso@tollestech.com.
