New warehouse groundbreaking in Plain City

Ground was broken this week for a new office space and warehouse facility on Corporate Boulevard in Plain City.

Dublin Building Systems recently held a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of construction of a 10,000-square-foot building for Commercial Land Management Systems and a 7,500-square-foot Auto Equipment Warehouse.

Commercial Land Management Systems, LLC, has been recognized as one of the fastest growing and progressive landscape businesses in Central Ohio. Founded in 2006 with only a modest fleet of equipment Commercial Land Management Systems is now poised to become the region’s leading source of landscape services for commercial and residential markets.

Automotive Equipment Warehouse, Inc., established in 1997, is Ohio’s premier automotive shop equipment sales and service provider, serving automotive dealerships, independent repair shops, body shops, and home enthusiasts. A recent expansion in the Cincinnati area coupled with rapid growth in Central Ohio necessitated the construction of this new facility, which will enable AEW to better serve its customers.

The combined $1.6 million facilities are expected to be completed this summer. Carney Ranker Architects is the architect.
